Refreshed Organic Social Media
The ChowNow Social Media Team requested a revamped social strategy following a rebrand. I collaborated with the creative team and focused on showcasing employees' favorite orders. I led the execution, addressing two challenges: standing out from past campaigns and integrating the new rebrand.
I noticed that ChowNow lacked animation on our Instagram. Partnering with content writers, we developed the slogan "To-go, Go-to Orders" and implemented eye-catching word-by-word animation. Then, following our rebrand guide, I created a receipt-themed design to feature favorite orders.
Key takeaway: Data is crucial in social media—it provides invaluable insights, revealing what’s resonating with audiences and what’s falling short, helping us optimize strategies and continuously improve our impact.
Result: This team effort resulted in a 5% increase in engagement, boosted further by tagging featured restaurants.
